Keto Everything Brunch Bread

An almond flour bread crust starts this amazing brunch recipe off for great flavor. Then it’s topped with dairy-free cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Add the smoked salmon and veggies for an eye-catching crowd pleaser.
Smoked Salmon
Adding a generous amount of smoked salmon provides a boost in Vitamin B and Omega-3s. Make certain to source your smoked salmon with scrutiny and avoid farmed salmon.
Smoked salmon’s salty yumminess isn’t just for a savory brunch addition. There are many benefits to adding seafood to your diet. A priority is the Omega-3 fatty acids and anti-inflammatory benefits, you can read more about seafood benefits here though I do recommend keeping shellfish at a minimum for a well-balanced healthy way of eating.
Keto Crescent Bread
This crescent bread crust can be used to make crescent rolls, wrapped in hot dogs for pigs-in-a-blanket, vegetable pizza, and breakfast casseroles. You can also substitute the coconut oil for ghee or grass-fed butter to create that buttery taste.

Brunch, Keto-Style
Brunch is always easy with a ketogenic way of eating when incorporating intermittent fasting into the approach. This means eating later in the morning or early afternoon to break a fast. It also means that there have been 14-18 hours of fasting making for one hungry stomach. Starting your eating window with healthy and low-carb options to prevent blood sugar spikes is the focus. Other Ideas for brunch include the following:
- Bacon-wrapped avocado fries
- French Toast Casserole made with keto Angel Food cake
- Stuffed French toast made with keto Angel Food cake
- Biscuit and gravy casserole
- Breakfast pizza
- Chicken Cabo Breakfast Skillet (A little Tex-Mex for a kick)
- Loaded Breakfast Casserole (better than anything Cracker Barrel could make)
- Break Fast Stuffed Peppers (My personal favorite)

No matter what you pare with this brunch bread, make certain you have leftovers to skimp on cooking duty the next day.
